As a Psychologist in Boca Raton for over 20 years, I facilitate exploration of the self. I have assisted hundred of teens and adults in uncovering unconscious conflicts and neurotic patterns, examining unhealthy thinking and behavior patterns in order to remove obstacles and help them move forward.

As a Sex and Relationship Expert, I counsel individuals and couples to build stronger relationships, improve their sex lives, and achieve a heightened level of intimacy. I also assist them in building effective, high-performance families.

As a Divorce Counselor, it is my mission to empower families and minimize intense conflict and resultant damage to the children and families during the process of family re-organization, from pre-separation through the dissolution of the marriage to the creation of a new and blended family.

With specialized training and extensive experience in Hypnosis and EMDR, I can assist in the rapid resolution of traumatic and disturbing memories that are embedded in the brain. Both are powerful techniques used in helping people with trauma, anxiety, panic and phobias as well as other problems. Both are often used in conjunction with other therapeutic modalities.
