New patients are welcome. I will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.

Office Hours

Monday   8am-8pm

Tuesday and Thursday 8am-6pm

Wednesday and Friday 8am-3pm

Insurance

Office visits are often covered by your insurance. Dr. Winter will be happy to provide the information you need to submit your visits to your insurance company.  Please check with the office to get an updated list of the insurance companies with which Dr. Winter participates directly. 

Billing and Payment

Payment is expected at the time of the visit. If you have insurance with which we participate, all copays are paid at the time of visit. We accept payment by cash, check, VISA and Mastercard.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, I ask that you kindly provide me with at least 24 hours notice.  In a psychotherapy practice a time slot is reserved specifically for you.  No-show appointments are not reimbursed by insurance. As such, appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance are billed directly you.  This policy will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
